  SAVE OR SHAVE CONTEST

Chair: Sonali Patel

Date: currently active

Description: Proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the March of Dimes Foundation. Male volunteers from the LHS faculty will agree to shave their facial hair.  The winner will be determined by the number of votes casted by the student body. Each volunteer will have a ballot box in which students will pay 50 cents per vote or 3 votes for $1.  The ballot box to receive the most number of votes will ultimately determine the faculty member who has to shave his facial hair.  If you are interested in participating, contact Sonali.

    Idea Exchange offers you the opportunity to find out about successful activities, fundraisers, projects, recruitment, and many other ideas that you can use in your chapter. We’ve started the Exchange with a few suggestions, but we need you to help Idea Exchange grow. If you’ve got an idea that you’d like to share, please send it to us and we’ll post it here. E-mail your successful ideas to veemper@aol.com

     Many of these ideas fit several categories. Some fundraising projects also provide sales experience; recruiting members requires marketing skills; and community service projects can involve fundraising. If you have suggestions for more idea categories, please
let us know
